2012 WBC Group Mentoring Program - Now Accepting Applications
The Montana WBC is now accepting applications for our 2012 GROUP MENTORING PROGRAM. This program is designed to provide women with a confidential environment of trust and open dialogue where they can grow professionally through mentorship. The program is a mentee-driven, mentor-guided process, with up to 5 mentors and 20 mentees. Mentors of this program are volunteers of the Montana WBC and have received over 50 hours of mentor training. Leading the group mentoring program is expert mentor and coach, Ris Higgins of Leadership Outfitters.
Interested applicants must be able to meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., starting in January 2012, and be committed to a full year (10-12 meetings). In addition to monthly meetings, mentees must be able to dedicate 2-3 additional hours per month to mentoring outside of the scheduled group meeting, which may include writing goals, taking personal assessments, meetings with other group members, etc.
If you are interested in being a mentee under this program, please complete the WBC Group Mentoring Program Application and submit it to the Montana WBC no later than Friday, December 16.
